Happy Friday from SwapHelper.com! FYI, we released an update for the 99-01 Cluster Helper today. The encrypted flash update is available from the Cluster Helper instructions section of our website.
Here is the changelog for the update, (Rev 9901.1002):
Blinker timing updated for the Column Helper. Timing is now perfect, and even those without a Column Helper will see improvement.
Additional coolant and trans temp sampling, and thus smoother displays of temperatures.
Additional filtering added to the transmission range sensor inputs.
Added feature: If you are running an ’11 to ’16 cluster in a manual truck, you can connect TR4 (Tan, F3) from the Cluster Helper to accessory 12v, and when you turn the ignition on, the transmission range will go to “M” for manual mode instead of staying in Park :)
