11-16 Super Duty Sun Visors in 99-07 Super Duty/Excursions!

When installing 11-16 sun visors in a 99-07 Super Duty or Excursion, whether replacing the headliner or not, the newer visor’s screw holes and center post do not line up with the original cab’s holes. This requires drilling new screw holes and enlarging the center post opening. This can be difficult, and you don’t want to mess it up, so to help, we designed these templates. We offer both a 3D-printed version and a printable paper version. The 3D-printed version is the easiest to use, so that’s the one we recommend. We haven’t filmed a video showing how to use them yet, but we may capture some shots on the next one we do, and if so, we’ll update this post.

We have not tested these on every cab year and configuration, so please double-check the alignment before cutting or drilling! We’ve also included a STEP file in case someone wants or needs to make modifications to the design.
